We do not run a sales team. The product is either a fit for how you work or it is not, and a demonstration settles that faster than a pitch.

Data export is a feature, not a retention lever. If you leave, you leave with your data in a format that opens elsewhere.

We built the first version for one customer, and it turned out that a lot of teams were running the same spreadsheet.

The team is small and expects to stay that way. Every support conversation reaches someone who can change the product.
